Fiscal responsibility was instilled in me from a very young age, as I
was raised by a single mother on a teacher’s salary. As a teacher, my
mother’s incisive critiques helped hone my strong writing skills.
I
attended George School. I have found the values and fundamentals of a
Quaker education to be instrumental as an adult. After graduating from
Boston University with a degree in Finance, I entered the corporate
world and spent over 20 years working in sales and marketing roles, the
majority of that time was with American Express.
Wanting
to have a personal impact on my clients’ lives, I shifted careers, and
have been a Realtor® for the past 15 years. With over $145 million in
sales, my business and reputation have been built on a solid foundation
of trust, integrity and creativity.
My personal passions are architecture, history and photography.
I
live in Rose Valley in a historic 1910 Arts & Crafts bungalow
designed by the founder of the community, William Lightfoot Price.

My
passions of architecture, history and photography come into play in
every one of my listings. I am a member of the Rose Valley Museum,
Radnor Historical Society, Old York Road Historical Society,
Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia, The Athenaeum of
Philadelphia, Institute of Classical Architecture & Art and the
National Trust for Historic Preservation. I have sold many historic
houses by architects such as William Lightfoot Price, Horace Trumbauer,
Robert McGoodwin, Howell Lewis Shay, Wilson Eyre, Duhring, Okie &
Ziegler and Heacock & Hokanson. I lecture on Will Price’s extensive,
yet short career. I complete exhaustive historical research into all my
listings, often recreating lost lineages and stories. I take all my own
listing photographs and complete all of my historic listings with
videography, drone services and dedicated property websites. Marketing
strategies include sources focused on old house lovers, broadcasted to a
wide, national audience. Always focused on my clients’ best interests, I
will not practice dual agency. My list/sold ratio is higher than
average and my appraised price/sale price rate is 100% of all listings.
