Agent Profile

I have a background with studies in a Master of Science in Historic Preservation and have been involved with advocacy and old house restoration for many years.  I enjoy researching older, vintage, and historic homes.  My favorite styles include Victorian, Italianate, Row House, Queen Anne, Folk Victorian, Arts & Crafts, Bungalow, Worker's Cottage, Cape Cod, Georgian Revival, Tudor, Vernacular, Sears Kit Homes, and many more.

I am celebrating 20 years as a Realtor in 2024.  I have a real estate license in Illinois and Indiana.  I can assist in finding or selling a home of any condition with details.

In Illinois, areas I have extensive knowledge of Berwyn, Blue Island, Calumet City, Chicago Heights, Crete, Dolton, Elgin, Evergreen Park, Flossmoor, Frankfort, Grant Park, Hinsdale, Homewood, Joliet, Lansing, LaGrange, Lemont, Lockport, Midlothian, Momence, Oak Forest, Oak Lawn, Posen, Steger, South Holland, Thornton, Tinley Park, and more.

In Chicago, I have worked in these neighborhoods: the Pullman National Historical Park (#1 agent in Historic Pullman), Beverly & Morgan Park, Mount Greenwood, Ashburn, Clearing, East Side, Hegewisch, South Shore, Logan Square, Lincoln Square, Lakeview, Uptown, Edgewater, Edison Park, Austin, and more.

In Indiana, I work in many areas, including Hammond, Whiting, Dyer, East Chicago, Griffith, Highland, Munster, Dyer, Schererville, Valparaiso, and Crown Point.

My previous personal residence, from the 1880s, was featured on Old Homes Restored on HGTV, which featured much of the restoration of original features such as the woodwork and layout.  I can find large and small, including many price ranges, sometimes not widely known to many.  Thank you.
